I started my career in Learning & Development, where I spent over a decade leading behavioural change initiatives, designing workshops and coaching professionals inside companies across various industries including, finance, asset management and transport industries.
In 2017 I qualifies as a coach and by 2021 I launched The Communication Expert. A platform to bring together my expertise in leadership, personal development and emotional intelligence.
Since then, I’ve supported hundreds of professionals and ambitious teams, partnered with brands like Adidas, giffgaff and Nike and hosted workshops that help people connect, communicate and lead with a human first approach.
Because this isn’t about fluffy coaching or vague advice.
It’s about giving you a toolbox of communication skills you can use in real life at work, in relationships and with yourself.
It’s about helping you unlearn the habits that keep you quiet, disconnected or over-adapting.
